Dr. Garth Charles Nelson, MD

I have now had several surgeries performed by Dr. Nelson, all have been highly successful. He truly cares about his patients and he is also very informative, kind, and compassionate. I have nothing at all critical to say about him as a doctor and a man. I think he is awesome and I highly recommend him. Thanks doctor and keep up the great work!

Dr. Nelson has done an incredible job in repairing my shoulder, knee, and leg (all separate issues). He really cares and takes his time talking with you and understanding your issues.

This is the 3rd time I have come to Dr. Nelson. Right arm rotator cuff sx in 2003, left knee sx in 2012, and now left arm rotator cuff/torn bicep/torn supraspinatus tendon (this was from auto accident). Allet surgeries completely successful. No residual or lingering pain. He is the surgeon you want. Front staff is awesome too.

Unless your dead don't see this bozo went in fir a tear that put my arm outta use and he wouldn't do anything but ordered MRI n ran up a bill he is says I didn't pay THIS BOZO NEEDS HIS LIC TAKEN AWAY

What I don't understand he asked me to go to the new MRI which cost me 1500 outta pocket so he could get a better pic . Fine but you find something in the MRI n tell me it will heal it self Bull it has two tears haven't been able to lift or anything and you say therapy? That never works what a waste if 1800 bucks thx for nothing . Now I have to spend more money to go see another doc Really. Time for you to retire if you can't fix it why take people's money???????

I am an RN. I have never done orthopedics, so was a bit intimidated by the whole process. I tore my supraspinatus tendon (part of the rotator cuff) and needed bone work done to my shoulder as well. Dr. Nelson kept me well informed throughout the process of my pre-op, surgery and healing. He is also the NICEST guy, answering questions kindly and without condescension. I am SO appreciative of him and his office staff! Thank you so much, Dr. Nelson!
