Terrible Doctor, will not listen to you, wants to protect his buddy Doctors.

Gary has been my doctor for over 40 years. He has been there for me at every turn. He truly listens to his patients. More importantly, he takes the time to explain everything to patients about their care, their medications, and what to expect. He treats everyone as a person and as a Human Being. If you are lucky enough to have be as your Doctor, thank yor lucky stars.

he will not listen to you, will not help you if it is something he does not know, will not accept he does not know instead of saying he does not know what you have he just ignores and pretends, and does not want to believe you.

Dr Aron is competent and has provided updated medical care to his patient, my loved one for over 30 years. But his office and procedures are time waiting, disorganized, requires me to make calls to Pacific Pulmonary, no follow through except me calling to get the Oxygen, finding out needed lab test, called to get that, then called office yet again and again (with interminably long telephone waits with boring reassurances to please hold as we are so important awful music. So getting set up with Oxygen is taking longer than a month. I am typing this while on hold and have heard the announcement"please continue to hold 15 times. "Every effort to assure your wait is as brief as possible" LIE!!!!! Plus Dr Gary Aron is ALWAYS late in his appointments--once 90 minutes. So competent care but patients should be paid for having to coordinate everything. it is ridiculous. but after 30 years my love is not going to change doctors.

We have known Dr. Aron for ~30 years. He is an extremely competent and caring physician. We consider ourselves fortunate to be in his care. In this "modern" era of over-managed, beaucratic medical care he is truly an old time family doctor.
