He wanted to schedule me for an upper GI scope without ever even seeing me in the office. He said he'd see me after the procedure. No way. He was so wrong about my diagnosis I can't even begin. When researching him I saw that he was reprimanded by the Texas medical board and will be watched carefully by them. Not good. Glad I chose to go elsewhere.

Dr. Boyd is a very thorough and knowledgable doctor. After having been in the hospital and never once seeing my first gastro dr, as well as having 2 colonoscopies by my first dr, I was told that everything looked good and meds were working. I had just been in hospital 1 week. When my family physician told me what the 1st gastro dr wrote in the report, that my entire colon was now active with Crohns disease, I decided to find another gastro dr. My family physician sent me to Dr. Boyd who performed another colonoscopy (1 month after my last one), Dr Boyd removed 9 polyps which other dr had never found and prescribed a new med which is keeping my Crohns under control. Thank you so much, Dr. Boyd!!!

Dr.Boyd is a good listener and very good at diagnoising a problem when test are not showing what the symtoms are.This has happen twice with me.He's a "get to the problem and fix it doctor". Instead of writing out a prescription for the symptons.

He is very good doctor he tries to do everything he knows how to find what ever problem you may have. He is honest, stright forward and is vry kind. It is always a long wait in his office. Hard to get an appointment. However if it is amn emergency his nurse Denise is there for you and will get you what ever assistance is needed with the doctor. He is a great accett to him. If you have a gasto need he is your doctor!!!
