Dr. Gary Michael Breen, MD

My mother was admitted to the ER in a hospital in Colorado with extreme abdominal pain and nausea and Dr. Breen was one of the physicians overseeing her care. Three days later she had passed away. The medical records indicate that the lack of attention and evaluation by Dr. Breen and the other attending physicians directly contributed to the extreme deterioration of her medical condition. She spent over 20 hours suffering in an ER hospital bed without being seen by a doctor. In my opinion, Dr. Breen is unqualified to be a medical physician, and his incompetence frankly makes him dangerous. Please take extreme caution if you find yourself under his care.

After and ER diagnosis of a partially obstructed small bowel, my wife died three days later. Based on the medical records, nurses could not get a blood pressure, she was tachycardic, and suffering from severe pain and nausea. Attempts to get him back to the hospital failed, and she was basically allowed to die. Dr. Breen either did not recognize the severity of her condition, or simply didn't care. She was not seen for more than 20 1/2 hours. I never saw him. In my opinion, a complete disregard for his patient. Sloppy, lazy, inexcusable.
