Gary Desinord, DPM, a Podiatrist, specializes in the surgical and non-surgical management of foot and ankle deformity corrections, trauma, wounds and limb salvage. Dr. Desinord also completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Medicine from the Associates in Medicine and Surgery in Naples, Florida. He is qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Medicine and certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. How does your work improve lives?Often, we tend to neglect our health until major issues arise. When illness or injury causes problems with the lower extremity, it can be debilitating and difficult to carry out every day functions. I work to get patients back on their feet as soon as possible through both surgical and non-surgical methods. What is your patient care philosophy?I work together with patients to help them understand their illness or injury and develop realistic goals and outcomes.
