The whole staff is very unpleasant. Especially the women that works at the front desk ! There completely rude and have no care in the world about their patients.

Linda Wafford who posted the last review was ARRESTED for assaulting Fran Esposito & an order of protection was issued bc she was pregnant She will be sued for defamation & violating her probation term to not harass this person. She was finally FIRED!!! She was ordered to take anger management classes & put on probation for a year. Check out criminalweb.com and put in her name. She is the LIAR and was mandated to seek professional help by the Judge. It's all online. Linda I guess the anger management class didn't work. A civil action case is heading your way.

Office manager Linda wafford was arrested for beating a disabled patient. Patient had to get order of protection. She was not fired. Incompetent staff. Wait time over hour. Dirty rooms

I have been a patient of Dr. Dicanio for many years, he is a very caring physician that listens and reacts to my specific needs. His staff is wonderful, and are always willing to work with me; appointment times, payments, insurance issues, etc.

I found this office to be very friendly and caring. Definitely different than it was years ago.

I went to this office a few years ago and it was so so. I felt the doctor was rushed, but I recently had to go back and found it to be much better. The staff was smiling and happy. The doctor more relaxed. It was very busy but I understand that is healthcare today. Overall, I am happy my insurance company assigned me to Dr. DiCanio. He was professional and the staff was great.

Although the wait was longer than expected, I must say that every doctor I visit lately has had a longer than expected wait time. Dr. DiCanio was professional and spent the necessary time with me. He is an old school doctor. the computer frustrated him and we joked about that but he is a nice man who I feel is under a lot of pressure to adapt to the new electronic world. I get it. I'm just happy to have a doctor who really does care. After my third visit he seemed more comfortable and relaxed and we had a great talk. I'm grateful to have him as my doctor.

This Doctor had me wait an hour with no patients in the waiting room & in his office. His bedside manner was horrible, uninterested, seemed almost uninformed. When I asked questions he beat around the bush, and I am a Nurse he wasn't going to fool me. I will never visit this office again & I hope to inform others of this horrible experience.

Space Cadet but will give you anything you ask for as long as you actually need it. such as me, i have PTSD and therefore suffer from serious anxiety, so I asked for Xanax and that is what I was given. He listens to you and if you feel that you need a certain medication, he will let you try it.
