Dr. Gary Anthony Forgach, DDS

Dr. Forgach has treated me terribly. He has abandoned me during the worst thing I've ever gone through, leaving me in the worst pain I could imagine and I have ever dealt with. He is mean, careless, and cold. He has absolutely no empathy for patients, and does not care about the severe suffering I'm enduring. He has belittled me and made me feel awful. He is one of the meanest oral surgeons I've ever met, and has been so cruel throughout this process. I have sobbed today after my appointment with him, because I feel entirely alone and he is refusing to help me despite my suffering. I have said some very kind things about him to him, and this is how I'm treated in return. Like a waste of a human being that doesn't deserve to be helped.

I saw Dr. Forgach to establish with a new TMJD Dr. after moving to MI recently. I wanted to continue the pain management regimen I was on in WI, our former home state, which was a Rx for a muscle relaxer to help me sleep at night. This was a very cost effective and time efficient way for me to manage my TMJD issues. Dr. Forgach wouldn’t refill the prescription for me, wanted me to see a massage therapist at $250-375/week, and refused to talk to me on the phone. What poor service!

Dr. Forgach sat down beside us like somebody we have known for years and discussed a treatment plan and the x-rays himself. This gave us a sense of ease that he is confident of his skills and knows what he is doing. He did not make himself scarce and rely on other members of staff to go over what to expect like some other doctors. Very satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family!
