Dr. Gary Michael Freeman, MD

This guy is dangerous to your health and only cares about the money. He was rated a 2 before he paid his way to 4. Fake ratings and fake care.

I have been a patient with Dr. Freeman for over 20 years. I always have confidence in his opinion. He’s a unique doctor that still calls your home with test results. He has been great support for our family.

I wrote a letter to try and get in to see him because I couldn't get in for a long time. My old doctor recommended him. I was made to feel so uncomfortable, I am a person with a serious medical issue, came in all ready to talk with him about it and do whatever he recommended. He didn't want to ask me anything important, just family history, asked me why I was taking muscle relaxer, i told him it didnt work, he said ill just take it off them. like he wasn't concerned why i was on them to begin with. I was so upset, he told me to come back in a year, I had to leave. I was that upset, I cried. I felt like a cattle being moved through a pasture..not a care in the world as to why I was there. I don;t even know what else to say. I've lost all faith in the medical field

Experience, I had him as a doctor years ago. When he could not help me instead of being kind snd suggesting a dr that could , he ridiculed me. He got upset and told my husband, very sarcastically, that I was dying. So, I got another dr. On my own and they sent me for some testing . Then the dr. Had a hunch, and told me I needed a muscle biopsy to confirm it. I went and did where he sent me. That’s when I found out I had a rare form of muscular dystrophy. I have been being treated for that as long as lived there. I have moved and am still being treated for it, but if it wasn’t for the fact that I left Freeman and went to another dr. I would have never known. So in a way he did me a favor. I Do Not Recommend dr. Gary Freeman. There you have it. Your first negative comment.

i had a serious cat bite on my right hand, extremely swollen. he did not recommend surgery, but instead managed it with iv antibiotic therapy and meds. He knew what he was doing! I am very grateful for his care, as well as his terrific sense of humor and seeming empathy. Excellent doctor!

My family has been with Dr. Freeman for 25 years and even when we moved out of the area we kept him for our PCP because his standard of patient care is superior to most if not all in the field of PCP. He really cares for his patients and his diagnosis has always been spot on! One in a million!

My daughter was a pharmaceutical rep...when she found out my husband and I had Dr. Freeman as our primary after returning to the area, she was thrilled and told us of all the docs she called on, he was the ONLY one who made her sit down and tell him all about the new meds she was promoting. He really cares about his patients! He has called us at home many times to let us know tests came out fine or the opposite....he is awesome.

Called me at home with my lab results the same evening! Awesome doctor!

Dr Freeman is a very caring Dr who takes a personal intrest in his paitents.
