Dr. Gary Leslie Gay, DO

Dr.Gary Gay was the BEST doctor I’ve ever had! He was always so compassionate and understanding and really listened to me and made me feel safe and important, he did an outstanding job with helping me with my mental health, I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor than him! Jennifer Guzzo

He is a prescribing doctor y'all. Not a therapist. Don't leave bad reviews because you dont have common sense. If you want information or feedback then speak up. People need their hands held these days. I i was a patient of his and in my opinion the best I've had. I told him my issued and he fixed them. Really listened to me. Shame he got in trouble because the board in md wants too much from doctors. No wonder no one wants to practice in this state. Sometimes people are just dumb and abuse their meds. Not his fault.

In my option he does not listen to what you have to say. He just types up what you say and says OK. He doesn't ask how your life is going and its hard to talk to a person that seems like he doesn't care. I talk to my primary doctor about going on sleeping medication and Dr. Gary did not seem at all pleased about it. Instead he prescribed me something and is black labeled and the risk are becoming suicidal. I don't think that is OK for a person that has depression to take that.

Barely listens, quick diagnosis which turned out to be wrong after many months of treatment. Wound up suicidal and hospitalized and correct diagnosis and meds. He ruined all my family relationships

My first visit he never established any type of repour as a new physician. On the second visit I complained about waiting over and hour and a half and he said he didn’t have to put up with this and opened the door for my husband and myself to leave. My husband is a dementia patient. So we left without his meds which he never offere. It’s called abandonment of a patient!

Quality and courteous service.

He has been seeing my wife for close to 6 years now. Her initial appointment lasted all of 15 minutes and out she came with prescription in hand. Somehow this man was able to diagnose and prescribe in 15 minutes? Almost immediately after my wife began taking the medication he prescribed, drastic changes occurred in her. She was no longer able to control her emotions (especially anger). Ever since she began seeing this "so called" doctor, she has been insulting, threatening and physically abusing me. I have tried to get in touch with this doctor in order to plead with him to please take a second look but unfortunately have never received a reply. My wife and I have now separated and we owe it all to this man! He has destroyed our marriage and our lives. He should have his license revoked and he should be arrested!

He is negligent and should have his license revoked .

spends so little time with my daughter.very quiet.hardly says anything

Good luck getting a hold of this doctor.and when you do don't expect him to do anything other than push the latest drug the pharmaceutical representative is pushing.
