Great doctor that removed my back pain and I have no recurrence for years!

I was incorrectly informed about nature of and preparation for procedure and was therefore not well prepared. Dr. Glaze and his assistants laughed and talked loudly throughout the procedure, ignoring me completely. I twice asked for help and information and was ignored. Dr. Glaze did not tell me what he was doing or prepare me for painful jabs, even after I asked him to. I was not given sufficient time for recovery.

Although Dr. Glaze appeared courteous, friendly, with a good bedside manner, I will not be returning to see him. I do not feel the procedure he did on me (cervical epidural steroid injection) helped me to feel better in any way, shape or form. Within 3 days of having this procedure completed I was having migraine headaches, excessive pain in my neck and back, inability to focus, nausea, and had to begin taking pain pills that I was able to AVOID taking until after this procedure. I also experienced a swing of emotions. I would be angry one moment then crying within minutes. It took approximately 10 days for me to begin to feel slightly better. I was NEVER informed of the effects that would occur AFTER the completion of this so called surgery until after the fact. With this being my first time having this 'surgery', I also did not know what questions to ask. Dr. Glaze NEVER followed up, even when I requested for him to call me. I will inform others I meet who are considering having… this done to PLEASE investigate beforehand and ask MANY questions. Thank you.

Dr. Glaze has performed 3 RFNA's on my neck in the last 3 years, and every time I have had significant amounts of relief from neck pain. He is courteous, compassionate, and very knowledgeable! The best!

I have been going to Dr. Glaze for over 10 years now for Degenerative Disk in my back and neck. He is excellent when it comes to pain management relief as my out patient doctor. He is caring, considerate and has an excellent bed side manner. He makes you feel very at ease both before and after the procedures. He will take time to answer your questions and or concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
