Dr. Garry Sandlin Grayson, MD

I drive 60 miles one way to see a CRNP, Tiffany Waller, at this practice. The directions to find the office she is in are very confusing. After going to three different offices labeled “Grayson and Associates” I finally found the correct office. The person at the front desk let me fill out papers and pay my copay. About 5 minutes after I did all this, she informed me that the CRNP would not see me that day, I would have to reschedule for the next day. That meant driving back home, 60 miles, and driving back up, 60 miles the next day! I told the receptionist to forget it. I left the office crying after all the stress I was put under! If this is the way they treat patients seeking mental help, then they are poor excuses for compassionate mental health providers. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!

your Trussville office is horrible , the waiting room furniture looks like something from a thrift store and is about as comfortable as an electric chair. the staff , while friendly, are obviously over worked and lack patience . wait times are deplorable and scheduling as well as communication with pharmacists and insurance providers is horrible. the practice of turning off the phones at lunch is particularly annoying as i have no other time to call during MY work hours. YOU MAKE MONEY. SPEND A LITTLE ON A DECENT WAITING ROOM AND HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE D@#% PHONE!

Love the honesty of this doctor! My brother needed some tough love, and boy did he get it! Thanks to Dr. Grayson, he is back on the right track and enjoying life these days. The negative comments I have read are due to the fact that some people can't come to terms with their mental illness. There are too many people that abuse psychiatrists for meds for any of them to want to put up with it. Excellent choice in psychiatry!

Rudest human being I have ever encountered. Completely disinterested in my issues and insulting without provocation.Rarely do I use euphenisms, but this guy is a jerk. Uncaring, unconcerned. Definitely has a God complex. Needs to be reminded that for all his degrees and business success he is no better than any other person.

Dr, Grayson has treated me for 5 years. His understanding of my condition and the medicine he prescribes enable me to function and enjoy life. I highly recommend Dr. Grayson

I do not recomend this dr for nobody, he is an awful man, very hateful. Only worried about how he looks as a "dr"

You will need more help after seeing this doctor than when you came in. Stay away! He is the pits. Should not be allowed to practice
