Dr. Greer was born and raised in southern California. He got his bachelors degree from the University of California, Irvine, and came to the Bay Area to attend the University of the Pacific dental school in San Francisco.
He graduated second in his class, giving him the option of immediately entering a post-graduate program to become a specialist. Dr. Greer chose the two year orthodontic program at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, obtaining a Masters of Science in Dentistry. He returned to the Bay Area after graduation, moving to San Ramon and starting his practice.
The next year he met and married his wife, Lisa. Together they have three grown children, two girls and a boy.
When he is not treating patients, Dr. Greer enjoys golf, skiing, and doing projects around the house. Lake Tahoe and Mendocino are his two favorite spots in California, with France and Italy being his favorite over-seas destinations.
