Dr. Gary Huber, DO

Happy with Dr. Bianco. He left the practice so I was transferred to Huber. Saw him twice and both times he was argumentative and condescending rather than a partner in my health journey. Would not discuss questions I had about labs or what next steps should be, instead would bark rapid fire questions to my questions. Any time I had a question or a simple observation it seemed to anger him and escalate his bully behavior. The others in the office are helpful and professional. I have never had anyone in my 62 years treat me so rudely. It is infuriating because going to his practice is an investment and we talked our son into seeking help with Dr. Huber and he was treated, not as over the top as I was, but with a short condescending attitude. People do not deserve this when seeking help. I went to Google reviews and saw that I am not special. Many people are treated this way by Dr. Huber. A majority of his 5 star reviews are from people working with Chelsea. I would give her 5 stars as… well.

After two visits with Dr Huber I felt he was the most arrogant, condescending and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. His own staff member apologized to me for his behavior. His staff was professional and nice but he was unbelievably bad. Zero stars for him.

Dr. Huber is not up on the best ways to test for hormones he uses blood tests which are the least accurate. I thought someone who specialized in hormones would know better. He claims to be a hormone specialist, but really he doesn't know enough to call himself one in my opinion. He sells tons of supplements in his office. I kind of felt a little pressure to buy from him versus cheaper sources of the same brands he sells. I understand offering supplements to make it easier for patients to buy them, but realize the patient is spending enough on the office visit and let them feel comfortable where ever they buy them. This doctor does not file your insurance which is a major bummer.
