Dr. Gary Alan Kalser, MD

My appointment was at 3:10. I arrived at 3:00. I was taken to my exam room at 3:20. At 4:25, after not talking to anyone for over an hour, I promptly left and got my money back. I would rather pay a specialist deductible to an office that respects my time. An hour and 20 minutes late is not acceptable.

The procedure relieved my pain completely. He is very experienced.

after waiting 75 min; He was confused about who I was, asked if I had records (I guess he didn't review my charts or my recent tests). I was told I was too young (38) to be having these symtoms (and I've had them for 10 years). Basically threw meds at me and said I'll see you in a few weeks. The office staff was very dissorganized.

After a procedure, I was on the bathroom floor at midnight in pain. My wife called Doctor Kalser, had a prescription ready at Walgreen's in 15 minutes. This guy is fantastic: caring, concerned, spends time, listens, and has a sense of humor. Plus, excellent staff !! I've been a patient for about 6 years, I most strongly recommend Dr. Kalser.
