Dr. Gary Klingsberg, DO

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor and his staff. When I tried to describe my pain in detail, he cut me off and said, “Just pick a spot,” as if he wasn’t interested in what I was trying to explain. When I used a simple example to describe the feeling, he responded sarcastically, “How would you know what a tennis ball in your pocket feels like?” which I found dismissive and unprofessional. The phlebotomist left me with a large bruise after a blood draw, and when I returned the following week, she actually accused me of lying when I told her she was the one who had done it. On top of that, when I needed my prescription faxed to the hospital, the office claimed they had no record of it and told me to track down the original myself. Overall, I found the doctor and his staff to be unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

The reason why I love to visit him is because he does know how to treat patients. I used to take so many medications but after I stated to follow his treatments he got me out of all of them. I don’t have health problems at this moment. Thanks to Dr. klinsberg!!

It was our first time visiting .Dr Klingsberg entered the room without introducing himself or greeting the patient. He was in a bad mood and upset about the patient intake form because it was missing the medication details, which the patient had with him and showed it to the doctor. He was giving us his back all the time and rolling his eyes along with a sarcastic tone. I was translating the conversation between patient and doctor from English to Spanish since the patient ( my father) doesn’t speak English. The Dr criticized my English too. He was upset and told me to shut up. The Doctor insisted to speak in English to my father that is hard of hearing as well . After he told me to shut up and insulted me I told him he was very rude . He said he was done and left the room , while my elderly father was left unattended and in shock in the room. We never had such horrible experience with a medical professional. After leaving that office I took my father to the Hospital were he was… admitted right away. Beware , this doctor only cares if you can pay for his IV services. He doesn’t care about the patient’s health. He is a businessman, not a health care provider.

The worst experience, ever. Let me just say, he presents himself very nicely, but, don't let him fool you; he is arrogant and, will, mislead you. He ripped me off for $495 dollars claiming it was the, only, way he would prescribe hormones, while, at the same time charging my plan for the visit; unbeknown to me, other Doctors will prescribe the same by testing you for hormonal depletion at no, additional, charge. Beware, all that shines is not gold .....

Dr. Klingsberg wants to keep his patients healthy. He spends the time necessary to understand patients' concerns and gets to know them as people too. He is friendly and caring. I highly recommend him.

Doctor Klingsberg is very thorough, detail oriented and caring. He always follows up on every problem.
