Zero manners, rude and awful human being. Does not respond to questions. Sayonara Kramer, hope you lose all your clients.

No quick visit as this office, expect wait times of over an hour in a tight small room. No privacy, if you have an issue with the staff or insurance the whole office and other patients will know as they hand you a phone in the common area to talk.

I have been taking my two kids to Dr Kramer for over 3 years now and I am beyond pleased with his service. He is extremely thorough in his visits and really takes his time to provide the best care for my kids. The staff is friendly and accomodating with appointments. Yes, I do wait at times but every Dr's office makes you wait. Office is modern looking and clean. They have a TV in the waiting room, I know some children don't watch TV but for the moment I am there it is entertaining for the kids. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone.

I've visited Dr. Kramer's office a few times with my daughter. I have no doubt that he's experienced, but I don't feel that he cares about the children. The good thing is he accepts new patients. Other people have mentioned about the long wait. It's true, the wait is really long. Sometimes I was there just for a flu shot, but I waited for one hour. Once I was waiting for almost 2 hours. The only one I like there is the receptionist whose name is Grisela, who is very accommodating and friendly. One of the nurses (the skinny one) is quite rude, and I heard her being loud to another parents (besides me). So I'm looking for another doctor to go. I don't recommend this practice to other parents.

I was a patient of Dr. Kramer's a decade ago when he was working in New York. Since then, I've never had another doctor as personable and caring as him. Here is an example of a man clearly in the right profession. Just thought I'd right a note saying it doesn't surprise me that people are happy with him. As for the wait time, I'm sure it's not his fault. I think it's a doctor office protocol...make ppl wait.

They failed to tell us that they don't accept our insurance any more. 3 MONTHS AFTER our appointment we receive a bill for 100% of the fees. (At the time of the appointment, they had asked us if for our insurance. The staff KNEW what insurance we carried - and they had always accepted it.) They claim that they later learned that the insurance company had dropped Dr. Kramer - and they didn't find out until after our appointment. That's not my issue! They should settle that between them and the insurance company - That's their office's issue.. and we shouldn't have to pay for it. And, their failure to work with us on this bill is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.And, I don't really feel that my child was being cared for all that thoroughly. 3 times she was prescribed amoxycillin for a cough - and I later learned she has a dust allergy. The wait in this office is FOREVER!

My children have been seeing Dr. Kramer for five years now and every time I see him he is through and kind and caring and honest and most importantly smart. I would recommend him blindly to anyone.

I would recommend this Practice to all my friends and family. I have 2 small children and they had a great experience. The staff was courteous and efficient and the Doctor was very friendly and listened to all my concerns. I am so happy I was referred here.

Dr. Kramer and his staff are wonderful people, very caring and always take time to answer questions and put a parents mind at ease. He is so gentle with my baby and the ladies who work in the office are tender as well. I can speak highly enough of Dr. Kramer and his staff!

Cons: Ridiculously long wait times, cramped waiting room, unfinished remodeling all over the office, *dirty* cushions in patient rooms, and the doctor always has bloodshot eyes (overworked or what?!?)Pros: Great location, doctor is patient, returns calls promptly, willing to do interviews after hours for first time parents needing to choose a doctor for their newborns, office staff is friendly and helpful
