Dr. Gary Michael Millard, DO

Excellent surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone. Dr Millard was kind and caring and took time to answer my questions. I had a wonderful experience with him and Ortho Neuro.

He's direct with information and easy to ask and my answer questions. This was my third surgey with him; two carpal surgeries and broken wrist. Awesome surgeon.

Dr Millard did a great job on my elbow surgery. Everything went smoothly and my elbow is getting back to normal now with the help of physical therapy.

Very nice personality. Was relieved that I will not need surgery on my wrist.

It was a great experience. Dr. Mallard is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with.

Dr. Millard was knowledgeable and friendly. I was seen promptly and had little wait time. He suggested treatment after the diagnosis. A prescription was sent right away. I was very satisfied.

Had carpal surgery on right hand, now preparing for left hand, Prompt appointments,(next day appointment both times) no waiting in office, friendly staff surgery was successful

Very nice personality, He took time to listen to me & explained exactly what I need done. Wasn’t rushed in & out of office. The kind of Dr I like.

Not impressed. Had a MRI, Didn’t show me results. Stated it “showed something’s” but not what he thought. No plan of care in regards what should be done going forward. Literally has poor bedside manner. This place is trash. Especially if you are a patient paying out of pocket. Or maybe the office is racist and doesn’t care to treat African americans. As i also noted lack of diversity of the staff working there. No follow thru, stated he would send over a prescription for inflammation, never received notification from the pharmacy that they received the rx. Which seems to be common at orthoneuro because Kelly Bitter did the same exact thing. Run far away! Will not be returning.

Dr. Millard performed an Open Reduction on my wrist. He is very pleasant and his appointments are on-time. He does not spend much time with the patient, so have your questions ready before he comes into the room. My only other suggestion for change is to provide patients with written instructions on their restrictions. I would go see him again.
