Next day appointment when I called. Arrived early to complete paperwork mostly legal.   And copied my picture ID ? Many people in waiting room. And many more entered while I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. They have NO concept of TIME MANAGEMENT. I inquired how much longer it would be and they had no answer. Wasted valuable time and still in pain. The reviews mention a program that they help Veterans. Nothing about it in the Mountain of paper work.  Very SAD to say the least. And sadder still they have all my personal info. GOOD CUSTOMERS DO NOT COMPLAIN THEY JUST DONT COME BACK. That used to mean something. Today at least one may do both. Dr Moore has always been thorough and has done two implants for me. His prices are reasonable and he guarantees all of his work. I have never had any issues with the implants or any of the fillings he has done. He shows real concern for his patients

So far I am not liking the way I am treated in this office. The dominent female at the front desk is not empathetic, caring or customer service trained. She is the hen in the roost that will not give you a straight answer. I ran as fast as I could, never to return.

I have been there maybe four times and have seen many different people. I'm not sure if any of them were Dr. Moore. I would not recommend him for dentures . It took way to long for me to get mine and I can't even wear them. They are horrible! The assistants are not that nice. They don't seem to be sincere in their caring manner.

Had 2 appt and never met or saw Dr. Moore. One dentist good, next fair.

Wonderful staff. Wow. They really cater to you. I saw Dr. Moore for a third opinion after my co-worker highly recommended him. Very knowledgable about my condition. Spent time with me and wasn't in a hurry. Very honest man. Tells it like it is. The office is beautiful...nicest dental office I have ever been in. I have made him my permanent dentist now. No contest.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Staff was very helpful and understood my apprehension. I am not that easy to work on, but everyone took the time to put me at ease. I will be back.

First of all, Dr Moore does adequate work but is very rough with the dental instruments. I shouldn't have sores in my mouth, unrelated the area of work, for days after the treatment was done. Secondly, the billing practices and insurance quotes are a disgrace to the industry. Incorrect claims and claims not even processed is the norm at this office. Stay away unless you enjoy having billing issues. Finally, I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. They need to go back to the basics of attention to detail and a sense of care for the patient.
