Dr. Gary Dean Mundy, DDS

Dr. Gary D. Mundy is dedicated to helping each of his patients improve their oral health, appearance and self-esteem by creating the smile of their dreams, as well as to maintaining the health and function of the teeth, gums and bite. He is committed to excellence in everything he does.
Dr. Mundy is a 1978 graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry where he graduated near the top of his class. He served in the United States Army for 21 years, retiring in 1999 at the rank of colonel. Dr. Mundy attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry for his Orthodontic Residency, receiving his Master of Science Degree in 1989. He is a Board Certified orthodontist and serves as on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Orthodontists.
Professional Associations include: American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, World Federation of …Orthodontists, Texas Association of Orthodontists, Texas Dental Association, El Paso District Dental Society, and the Order of Military Medical Merit. Dr. Mundy has served on the Board of Directors for the El Paso District Dental Society for eight years, highlighted by his presidency from 2007-2008. In addition, he is a member of the prestigious Seattle Study Club, a dental study club dedicated to providing the best in interdisciplinary care for patients.
Dr. Mundy and his wife, Kathy, have three children, Nici, Addie and Andrew and three grandchildren, Maya, Cole and Kendall.
