Had the first appointment of the day with Dr. Neer and he was still 15 minutes late coming into the room. I left without seeing him after he made the comment that it was my fault for not managing my time better!

Dr Neer is a very caring and considerate doctor. He takes his time with you and he really tries to help you as much as he can.

As a disabled war veteran I would not have expected to be turned away by any doctor, especially a doctor that would actually care about his patients. The receptionist was very rude as well.

Dr. Neer was recommended to me from a couple of my co-workers. I had only been in Erie for about six months and I was not happy with my current PCP. From the very first appointment that I had with Dr. Neer he made me feel at ease. He has never "rushed" any of my appointments and has always shown such care and professionalism when dealing with my issues. He has even taken the time to call me back personally when I was having trouble with a new medication, instead of having a staff member return my call. I feel so lucky to have found such an excellent physician. I would recommend Dr. Neer to anyone looking for a kind, empathetic, competent physician.
