I have been a long time patient of Dr. Padgett. He has never been anything but competent, honest and friendly. The staff is wonderful, always going above and beyond my needs as a patient. I refer all my friends and family to Dr. Padgett. Thank you!

While on front very nice. BUT is incompetent on actual work. After taking some $15,500 dollars CASH UP FRONT in making implant teeth that continuously broke, teeth broke off, denture material cracked and chipped, two bottom left either broke cracked or broke out. Missing now. Bottom right broke out. Last episode Easter 2018 all front teeth broke out or off. This has been continuously for a period of years. Some 42 times in repairs and never completed the job HE QUIT leaving me with disfigurement. He also stole my upper denture that I had paid previously from another dentist. Refused to return. He colluded with oral surgeon on placement of implants and was done incorrectly causing a lot of breakage. Dr. Padgett suppose sold the best but got the worst material. Then went for a bait and switch. Wanted another $14,000.00 Total cost of this mess over 80.000.00 CASH When I asked for my records he wanted over $2,500.00 for them. READ RIP OFF REPORT. Met him through Dr. Hashemian oral surgeon for complete upper and lower implants. Hashemian failed to place all of the implants, was charged for 6 lower. Padgett was to make dentures. With that one missing has caused 42 times going and replacing either upper or lower in re construction. When I mentioned it either he did not care or was covering up mal practice. Padgett was involved from the beginning of project. He should have caught it when building the dentures that implant was missing. He also will not return my upper dentures that was mine to start with HE IS A THIEF. I am now left with two upper front teeth broke out (missing) lower left two teeth missing because of missing implant. Did not and would not compete the work leaving me with eating issues, (cannot chew food properly) more cracks in dentures. He tried a bait and switch of material, that was never offered to begin with. Have filed complaint most everywhere now to dental board, Health Dept. and federal sources for a… class 1 Federal suit under elderly fraud, on both. 500 thousand fine, restitution of money loss of license, and jail time. I would not trust him to do work on a dog
