The visit was a huge waste of money with no solution to her acne issues other than extremely costly typical cream options with no guarantee for results!!

Dr. Palmer didn't wash his hands or wear gloves when touching open injections on my forehead; he nearly stuck me in the eye with a needle full of Dysport while telling a joke and waving his hands around with the needle near my right eye; as this happened, some fluid squirted out of the needle onto my face just below my right eye (which he quickly wiped with his finger). The waiting area was dirty; the patient room had debris all over the floor. The receptionist came out into the waiting room and berated me in front of other patients for asking the unit price of Dysport; I was so disheartened with the unprofessionalism of the entire visit, I disputed the charge on my credit card and wrote a complaint to the Ohio State Medical Board and my local health department.

After seeing a dermatologist in Middletown who I didn't realize had overdosed me on steroids, my skin became so compromised that I couldn't retain body heat and I looked red like a cooked lobster. Someone convinced me to go see Dr. Palmer, and he immediately knew what happened before I even said anything. I learned from him and others that I had about 72 hours to live because my system was deteriorating. He moved his schedule around, and used both current and traditional resources to treat me and turned things around VERY quickly. I later discovered that most patients have to go to the hospital for several weeks to get this condition stabilized and turned around. I have been to see him with psoriasis and other issues, and while he has no problems prescribing regular medicines and treatments (steroids, etc...), he has always prescribed extremely effective treatments using the most natural options available (ex: light treatment vs. steroids). I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone… who has had a bad experience or isn't satisfied with their current care.

Office antiquated, NO bedside manner, refused to answer questions, rude, not current on standards of care.

We were there twice when their receptionist had some sort of psychotic outburst. It was so awkward and ridiculous. Never going back.

Seen by the physician assistant, Lauren Nevins. She was rude and unprofessional. Told medical assistant while we were leaving the room," I don't know what she wants if she's not going to take the oral antibiotics". When questioned why she would say this she said it was a long day, she is pregnant and her cousin died.

The doctor seemed tired and overworked and looks ready for retirement. He use to be very caring, but not in recent years. I will be going elsewhere

Dr Palmer has been helpig me chieve the best "look" I can as well as helping monitor for future issues and evaluations for possible carcinomas etc. He has always taken time to answer questions, adress any cooncerns and discuss treatment options, the treatment itself and follow up as needed. The staff is wonderful and I highly advise anyone seeking treatment to use this practice. I cannt say enough good things about the office
