If not for Dr. Gary Patton and his treatment + therapy sessions for the past 15 years, I would not be alive. He has helped me to identify the condition that I have, signs to recognize when I am going into rapid cycling, has educated my family as to these signs and the treatment, etc.

Dr. P is such an amazing person. I know he has to have bad days as well. But he never lets it show. He truly cares about the individual.

This is a very unprofessional office. First, the office manager is inept. She lost paper work, could not answer questions correctly, and was extremely rude. The doctor seemed interested in me at first and quickly started rushing me through, by giving me a prescription and hurrying me out the door. He made recommendations and continued to assure me that he would be implementing these procedures, but never followed through. I have since found a new doctor and I am so much better off. I am warning you not to waste your time with this doctor.

The staff is RUDE! I tried to get test results for over 4 wks....that is a long time to wait for results/diagnosis from a dr. Dr Patton would talk about his stuff and not mine, which is why I went to him in the 1st place. I was supposed to have 20-30 min appt & he took maybe 10 with me. I have since gone to a different doctor.

I saw Dr. Patton at his new office in Hamburg. His office if pretty to look at, but something about him is odd. His office receptionist is rude and a know it all. I won't be back.

While he seemed initially interested in me, follow up appts went rapidly downhill. Several times he got up and left without apology or explanation...as if I didn't really matter, texted, etc... Would see once a month a many times, didn't even ask about how I'd been doing and just went to computer to check meds and print scripts. One time, he said, 'here's a script for new sleep meds"...I hadn't said that I was having trouble sleeping!! 20 minute appts lasted an avg of 8 minutes. Luckily, I know that you don't have to put up with problems in medical care anymore than you do with a mechanic.

Dr. Patton is great. He is very caring, listened to what I had to say and was very informed on what type of medication would be best for my situation. Overall my experience with him is excellent.
