Dr. Gary M Pepper, MD

Dr. pepper is personal and takes his time with his patients. I have found him to be considerate and thorough. His office personnel is excellent. I have never had better blood withdrawals.

Trust me... you don’t want to go here. They make up lies if you change a doctor within the practice. I went to Dr Pepper for many years and decided to change to another dr for another opinion. When I decided to go back to Dr Pepper I was shunned by the practice. Dr Pepper lied that I missed appointments according to the girl in scheduling. This is not something I would ever do in any situation. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

Office manager is RUDE, and a liar. Couldn't stay in office due to obvious mold issues, had to wait in hall. She denied any knowledge of mold. One employee with a conscience snuck out to tell us that YES. They knew of mold.problem. I am highly allergic, and had asthma attack from the mold. My BP spiked from the stress. Ofc manager came out to reprimand me in the hall. Violated HIPAA by loudly discussing and demanding answers to personal medical questions in public area. Dr. Pepper did not greet us, introduce himself, nor acknowledge my complaints. Sat with head down rusting thru papers. Did NOTHING except listen to my heart. I was there as a newly diagnosed diabetic and got no help at all. I left coughing and choking from perfume on staff, and overpowering mold exposure. Avoid this doctor and his awful staff at all costs.

Dr. Pepper is the calm in the eye of a storm type of doctor. Kind, patient, very understanding with a willingness to help his patients was my experience. Today, in this complex world we live in finding a good doctor is almost impossible. We now rely on others views and opinions all to of ten instead of our better judgement. Being 67 yrs of age with a reasonable amount of experience in choosing a good physician perhaps I can help. If you are looking for an endocrinologist. I highly recommend Dr. Gary M. Pepper, MD. Jupiter, FL. At first, Dr. Pepper, seems very aloof and only involved with his computer, but I tell differently. He has the capability to read a person extremely well from the onset. A doctor who can multitask paying full attention to his patients and as you speak to him, as I did, giving him all the details of how I was feeling; he was already two steps ahead of me. Trust me he hears everything you tell him. Dr. Pepper is a soft spoken no nonsense kind of doctor. I… trust him and while not every doctor is for everyone (as the saying goes) I believe he is the Endocrinologist to see.

Many mistakes made by Dr. Pepper that cost me a lot of money, time, and that lead to many health issues. Dr. Pepper completely ignored my symptoms and never bothered following up or explaining anything. Find a doctor who cares and listen and know what they are talking about. I know I am.

I make an appointment. I hadn't seen Dr. Pepper in a year and a half, but had been an established patient for many years. I received a call on the Thursday prior to my Tuesday appointment from his insurance girl requesting that I call my insurance company and verify my coverage as, and this is a quote, "I have 20 other patients to confirm coverage on and can't spend all my time on yours." (For whatever reason my insurance company was not being cooperative according to this lady). So I did what she asked, showed up for my appointment on Tuesday with the requested information, and was told I could not be seen as I did not have a referral from my primary! I told her we'd get it then but she said it was too late. I asked why, since I'd been coming there for years, and she responded with "This is a new insurance company and you haven't been here in a year and a half". Then WHY wasn't the need for a referral mentioned during the phone call on Thursday?? I asked to speak directly with Dr.… Pepper, he refused. She told me he said to either get the referral or not be seen. (I didn't hear him say that, that's just what she conveyed to me). Then she said that he also added that if I didn't calm down they would call security!! Security!!! I've never been so humiliated and have since switched doctors.

The worst office staff of any doctor I have ever been to. Rude, immature nasty. Any doctor who employs these idiots has to be incompetent in his own field. Very unstable.

Dr.Pepper was very attentive and concerned. Was very knowledgeable and showed a desire to seek out the problem. Listened to concerns and feedback in a professional manner. Am very happy with the doctor. The staff was very pleasant and had courteous personalities. The front desk girl could use a tad bit friendly disposition, She needs to know that patients are customers and customers pay her salary. Needs to have a little more gracious perspective. Knowing people are coming to the office with a lot on their minds with health issues to be concerned with. She should have a more welcoming and comforting perspective. The doctor should have someone there that reflects a concerned professionalism towards the patient. It is the first impression a patient gets of the office and should be a very positive one to set the mode of the visit. Again Thank You Dr.Pepper for being concerned about me and my health. I appreciate that in a doctor.
