Fantastic doctor who is patient and takes time to explain things. His staff is wonderful also.

Excellent doctor who is very thorough and professional. displays great interpersonal skills, very knowledgeable in all areas of his expertise. Personally calls you on the phone to discuss the outcome. He is a "must Have" doctor.

My experience with Dr. Richter was not pleasant @ all. He'd say one thing & do another. There were no office notes in my chart. I called him everyday for 3 weeks because he wantede to have some test. He never put anything in writing to get approved through insurance. It was just very inappropriate & unprofessional. When I did get to speak to him it was only because of Chris & Elliott 2 of his employees. If you've got stomach issues find yourself a top notch gastroenterologist but not this one.

Dr.Richter is an excellent Dr. He has been my Dr. for over 14yrs. If he was not a good Dr. I would not hhave been there as a patient this long. I have had several hospital stays and he have always been there.I have never experienced any rudeness from him. He have gone through transitions with his staff,but for the most part I am not there for his staff.He was the 1st Dr. out of many to properly diagnose me. For those of you with issues already and think that it is him with the problem do a self evaluation and I guarantee you its you and not him. He is the best Dr. ever. He can only help those that wanted to be helped. I was once an angry person when I 1st became sick but once I began to listen and educate myself about my illness,I am at piece. I will never let another GI Dr. treat me unless it is his partner.

Dr. Richter is by far the best physician I have seen over the last 40 years. He was the only phyician out of over 10 to diagnose my condition accurately and treat me successfully. His bedside manner was refreshing as both he and his staff walked me through procedures to determine my illness. I strongly recommend him to others.

My insurance carrier no longer is affiliated with Dr. Richter. I think so highly of Dr Richter that I am not renewing my insurance carrier and will not have my scheduled colonoscopy until I sign up with the carrier that is affiliated with Dr Richter. He has earned my trust.
