I have seen several dentists in the Houston area over the past 20+ years. About 5 years ago I found Gary and it was a game changer. His personality is the best, and he really knows his stuff. I ended up with a different dentist on one occasion during the past five years, and it was terrible. Gary is by far the best dentist in the area, and his knowledge of dentistry is astounding.

He is very caring and can do magic. He is no longer in our area, (galleria) and it's hard to get an appointment with him in the north area office. My family really misses him. We have seen him for years and we trust him. The first time we went to him, my daughter was a teenager and 2 dentists said a molar had to be pulled. He used air abrasion and saved the tooth! On another occasion he bonded and saved a cracked tooth.

Dr. Ricketts bought my former dentist's practice when he retired. Right away he was pointing out so much work I needed while my previous dentist never mentioned it. Then this year I started a treatment with Dr. Ricketts to straighten my teeth. I paid 100% out of pocket up front for it. Then out of nowhere, no warning to his patients, he just disappeared at his Jones Rd location. I even showed up for an appointment to an office being completely remodeled because it was bought by some other company. Why would he even think it was ok to just up and leave in the middle of treatments without letting patients know?! Then the new dentist had no knowledge of my treatment and they were not even able to do ortho. I had to go elsewhere to finish my treatment.

Dr Ricketts is a fantastic dentist. Me and my family have gone to him for years. Him and his staff are professional and really care about patients.

Dr.Ricketts is a very caring Dentist, he cares so much about his patients. Makes you feel very comfortable as possible. I will never go to another dentist my entire Family sees him. He's a true Blessing!!

Dr. Ricketts is an absolutely fabulous Dentist! I was so glad to hear that he has returned to the Galleria area. I had been a patient since the early 1990's and have missed him terribly. He is still the best at crowns!
