Relationships can be either invigorating or debilitating. We can create either type of relationship based on how we deal with our partner. Our feelings of depression and anxiety usually are associated with relationships in our life, whether our partner or family members and how we are raised. Looking at the causes of the unpleasant feelings are the first step in healing. The process then becomes finding solutions to the stuck patterns we find ourselves in. People do not exist externally from society but in conjunction with society. I am here to help improve your life by discovering untapped skills that everyone has within themselves. My professional journey has taken me to working with people in a …multitude of areas, such as, medical settings, military settings, legal settings, in private practice and within school systems. I have had experience in teaching, coaching and developing Behavioral Health Programs. I have been gifted in my personal life journey by having a wonderful wife who spoils me rotten, two dogs that keep me active, two sons that always makes me proud along with my daughter in laws and four grandchildren that I like to spoil. My hobbies are hiking with my dogs, playing golf, traveling with my wife, and playing with my grandchildren.
