Dr. Gary Alan Spector, MD

Had an appt through Teladoc with this man. I had laryngitis and could barely speak - told me he was going to get fined for prescribing me a steroid to help with the inflammation the virus was causing. Condescending, tacky and overall horrible. Some people shouldn’t be doctors.

after waiting 2 hrs online for cvs minute clinic, declined to help, reason unknown. Only comment was "when to choose an antibiotic", what a great idea for yeast infection! guess something this basic is apparently beyond his scope.

Condescending, arrogant, insulting bully. Verbally attacked me for suggesting the source of my pain. Claimed I gave him “tunnel vision” and that I had no idea of my own anatomy and how dare I suggest of the source. His failure to listen and disregard, delayed my treatment of the serious issues that I have going on exactly where I suggested it was.

Dr. Spector was extremely helpful in diagnosing my 20 year old son who is studying abroad. The great questions he posed helped to narrow the field of possibilities when my son had a wide array of varying and changing symptoms. This provided my son with the direction he needed. So, when my son went to the clinic in a foreign country he was empowered to ask for the types of tests that needed to be performed immediately. In addition, the guidance on some of the possible prescriptions to avoid and/or use was extremely valuable. This was not my first experience with Dr. Gary, it is my most recent and the one that had us feeling somewhat perplexed and helpless. In summary, from this experience as well as my previous experiences I would say Dr. Spector is a smart and extremely caring individual that I would highly recommend.

Very thorough , warm and personable . Great doctor and a great guy. I consider myself lucky to be his patient.

Dr. Spector is great, he spends an adequate amount of time with you. He is a great listener and excellent at explaining things. But what I am really grateful for is, he will personally call you to follow up on how you're doing. The entire group is wonderful.

Dr. Spector doesn't spend the proper amount of time with you. He thinks more of his ipad than you..he's always got his eyes glued to it even when talking to you.

This man is the absolute best! I have been with him for at least 15 years and he is always available, always friendly, decent, and kind. He is a good listener, understands my myriad health problems with multiple chronic diseases. He is reticent to give unnessesary medicine or treatment, and offers suggestions for new strategies. I see many doctors due to my illnesses, some are brusque or dismissive. Not Dr. Spector. He is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend.

Dr. Spector is the best. He has taken such good care of me and cares. Calls to make sure that I am well and always has time to talk to me. Thank you Dr. Spector
