Dr. Gary C Steven, MD

Very pompous. Thinks he knows more then everyone else. Wants you in his drug studies. It is his way or the highway. Tells you what to do but does not answer questions.

I was referred to Gary Stevens due to having reactions with foods and environmental allergens that we're causing headaches, breathing problems, rapid heart rate, hives, etc. Upon scheduling I was told to set aside 2 hours of my busy day for allergy testing. Upon arriving, my wait time between being transferred into different rooms until I was actually seen by the doctor was about an hour. At that time he proceeded to tell me there were no allergy test that they were going to give me and to just take Zyrtec everyday. So I drove all that way just to be told to take zyrtec and still no knowledge as to what I should avoid that may trigger these frightening reactions.

Dr. Steven has solved my sinus problems with his thinking-outside-the-box treatment plan for me. I told him if he could solve my problem, I would tell everyone that he is the best doctor in the world! After decades of unresolved sinus infections, multiple surgeries, and years of antibiotics and oral steroids, no other doctor had been able to solve my repetitive allergy-triggered sinus pain and inflammation. Dr. Steven's novel antibiotic and steroid-free medication plan was the answer.

The staff and doctor partnered with me to find a solution to my frequent allergy issues. I was very appreciative for the kind and caring way I was treated. I also very much appreciated the samples so we could determine what medicines would work best for me. The staff was always friendly and attentive when I had a question or needed to call for any reason. I will definitely recommend this office to friends and colleagues.

I have been a patient of Dr Steven for over 20 years. He has always been incredibly kind and makes every patient his most important focus. When he saw my weight increasing well beyond healthy, he took the time to bluntly yet kindly express his concern. It really made me take a look at my lifestyle and food choices. I am grateful he cared enough; Less than a year later I am over half way to my goal weight, going to the gym 3-5 times a week and paying close attention to the food I put in my mouth. My breathing, sinus, and asthma issues are improving dramatically, not to mention my overall quality of daily life! I have always, and will always recommend Dr Steven to people with allergy/asthma issues!

Primary was worried my Asthma was being triggered by allergies. Sent me to Dr. Steven. He was nice enough, but... after scratch tests, and breathing test, I was told what I already had known for over 30 years, I am allergic to dander, dust, and mold. As far as my medical condition, couldn't determine what was wrong and politely told me to loose weight. I then get a bill for 1300.00. My insurance applied the bill to my deductible. They told me many services were above contracted rates and the average rate for procedures. I called in was offered a payment plan. I then found out if I told them I had a large deductible, I could have received a 60% discount, but it was to late because they had submitted to insurance. I understand I owe them for testing... but I could have been called fat for free by my friends.
