Dr. Gary Arthur Vukov, MD

During a colonoscopy I had a large polyp removed and metal clips applied. I was then hospitalized and had another colonoscopy to stop bleeding. My problem is that Dr. Vukov called me the next day and said a clip had fallen off and needed to be replaced - not true. The other doctor said all clips were in place and another had to be added. When questioned he said he'd check the report? Two weeks later I did a follow up and he said the same thing. When questioned he then read the report and said I was right. I asked about seeing photos taken during the second procedure and he said that photos may not have been taken. I then referred to the report I had that mentions photos were taken in two different sections. He had NEVER read my report and I had to give him facts.

The best Gastrointestinal Dr I have ever seen! He really cares about his patients!
