My following appointment was scheduled by his staff 1 month after the first. I haven't heard his voice or seen his signature on any crucial documents or Rx since first visit. Several attempt to request more immediate appointments unacknowledged. Loss of benefits due to his inattention; his wife seems to pickup the mantle in his absence. Urgent acute care answers are garnered from Web MD, his staff and wife only after much persistence (not fun when you're seriously ill). No urgency was ingrained in this boy; No explanations.
