00000000000000000000000 Stars If you go to the ER and this "doctor" is on duty, RUN! He is horrible and at some point will end up hurting someone beyond repair. I had the displeasure of dealing with him in November 2025 when I had a bulge in my side with extreme pain. He was my 2nd ER visit in 7 days because the pain was extreme. I asked him to please run a CT with contrast and a new urine because symptoms had changed. He refused to treat me or run any tests, said there is nothing wrong with me and to follow up with my PCP, and then implied I was drug seeking. He followed up with violating my HIPPA rights by discussing my meds/prior test results out in the open for everyone to hear and falsifying my medical record, which has since been fixed.. I left in pain, upset, and crying. I was finally able to get into my PCP 5 days later and wouldn't you know it.. She did a CT with Contrast and I had two fractured ribs(Extremely Painful and the only treatment is pain meds and rest). Since I know… the hospital is hard up for "doctors" apparently, everyone be warned. You could go in having an active stroke and he will likely send you to your PCP without any treatment or tests. I am still working through my legal process regarding him, but I pray for his next victims. I hope that in the future, someone does this to him or someone he loves so he can feel the full weight of what he does to others.

This doctor refused to treat me. I have been fighting an infection for 6 months in my face. We have been through 8 rounds of antibiotics. at one point my eye was swollen shut. I can not open my jaw all the way now. I saw Dr. Garfallou and he was very rude to me. He was judgemental and noted my religious face tattoos in conjunction with me having pain, as if to say if I can have a face tattoo, i can handle pain. He kicked us out of the emergency room after he caused my bp to spike to 168/110 and my pulse at 172. He said I have anxiety. The plan to go to the ER was given my my PCP. I first tried another round of antibiotics and then they wanted imaging. Due to the face being close to my brain and us not being able to see potential infections in the bone area. I am at high risk for infection. The doctor refused to treat me and refused to believe my medical history. This doctor is not a good person. I will follow through with whatever legal action I can. This is not okay.

Dr. Garyfallou demonstrated nothing short of miraculous, lifesaving skills after my paramedics only minutes earlier had already been unable to resuscitate me. And he was the first face I saw upon regaining consciousness. I owe my life to this truly gifted, caring professional.

I visited the ER and Dr. Garyfallou was on duty. He explained everything well and treated my injury immediately.

The ER was absolutely swamped with patients and chaos when my family was in. Saying the doctor had his hands full would be an understatement. Nevertheless, Dr. Garyfallou was thorough and dedicated while manning the floor-this includes nurses, policemen, paramedics and patients all the while he'd stop in to check on myself and family/in between the numerous other patients. I am grateful. Just grateful.

Went to emergency department to be seen for possible staph infection, this doctor was rude, did not let me speak, violated patient rights, refused treatment (Which is illegal), and then had me escorted out of the emergency department with the charge nurse and security for false test results that he lied about.

Poor patient care. Judgmental, unethical and inappropriate behavior to say the least. Violation of patient rights.

This Dr is rude and treats you like a second-class person, I would never see him again or allow any of my family to see him.
