Dr. Gathline Etienne, MD

Chose this practice to see Maria D’Angelo for spouse’s dementia. She was very responsive and an excellent practitioner. After a few appts a future appt was set for a year out with the option of seeing her before if needed. Despite repeated attempts to get an earlier appt. when wife’s condition dramatically declined, getting on a waiting list, we had no luck getting seen. Office staff were insensitive, unresponsive, answering phone with simple “hello” and not identifying self or practice. Rescheduled appts were cancelled twice and rescheduled further out. Has been well over a year since wife has been seen by this office. Have had to rely on our primary physician for the specialized care.

Wonderful! Patient's Choice Award is so very well deserved. The doctor was joyful and encouraging while explaining things to my mother. It made a world of difference. She left Dr. Etienne's office with lifted spirits as well as a new treatment plan that's definitely working!

She knew right away what the issue was!
