Arrived 1:50 pm for a 2pm appt, finally saw the Dr @ 3:55 !!! Visual fields testing on time for 2 p, staff proficient & kind. Finished at 230 pm. Did not see Md until 3:55 pm 2 + hours for eye appointment ?!?! Md was very conddescending to me when asked about the time frame. blaming staff for not informing patients of expected wait time.

Dr. Trivedi operated on my wife and me for cataracts over the past few months. He explained everything, was clear on all possible outcomes and was more than patient with all questions we had. He's batting 100% for all four eyes. His staff, in the Mt. Kisco office and at the Ambulatory Care Center, was, to a person, caring and warm. Most importantly, despite a heavy patient load, Dr. Trivedi is a connected, attentive person who does this practice proud. You know he loves what he is doing -- it shows! Sorry I'm not a cyclops with one more eye for him to work on.

Dr. Trivedi is an experienced and well-qualified physician. He knows what he is doing: just look at his confidence in diagnosis and control. His staff members are great too, especially a lady from the front desk. When I suffered from glaucoma, she called me back 5 times after my initial call to help me schedule an appointment on the very same day. How incredible! Highly recommend him for your eye problems, especially glaucoma.

I was so nervous about having 2 lens replacements. dr.trevedi was patient in explaining the procedures and calmed my fears. the procedures went great and I see so well now. thanks!

My experience was excellent! Dr. Trivedi explained the procedure completely and accurately. During the procedure he communicated everything that was happening and put me at ease. My care before,during, and after the procedure was fantastic. The results are amazing. My vision is now 20/20 .the first time in 35 years no glasses
