Dr. Gaurav Trikha, MD

Dr. Gaurav Trikha is a medical oncologist who also specializes in infectious disease and internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from Kasturba Medical College Mangalore and completed his residency training at Robert Packer Hospital. With over two decades of medical practice, Dr. Trikha brings extensive expertise to cancer care and complex medical conditions. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Trikha practices at Cancer Specialists Of North Florida and UF Health Flagler Hospital, both located in St Augustine, Florida, and maintains affiliations with Shands Healthcare. His clinical focus includes treating breast cancer, including metastatic and recurrent cases, as well as Paget disease of the breast. He performs infusion therapy and intravenous chemotherapy treatments for his patients. Dr. Trikha also conducts comprehensive blood testing to monitor patient health and treatment progress.
