Dr. Gayle Bryna Harris, MD

I had successful surgery with Dr Harris. I wasn’t impressed with her demeanor or bedside manner but there a only a few practitioners who did the procedure I required. As I stated it was a success. When I reached out afterward to discuss a subsequent problem and to thank her for helping me, I was dismissed by her office staff who was most likely being directed by her. She would not speak to me directly or extend a professional courtesy ( I am a nurse) by calling me back. In hindsight my intuition was correct. She is cold and egocentric. Not the experience I would have hoped for. Did I mention we are practicing social distancing in a COVID crisis. Is she really that busy to speak to a patient? Guess she thinks so...

Dr. Harris really helped me out Really was able to get my symptoms under control

Very cold and quick. For someone who is supposed to deliver babies I would expect more human behavior. Not even a smile or a question about how you are feeling. A quick 10 minute appointment where you are given no chance to confide any issues to her because she is so eagerly trying to leave the room. You are a doctor, treat your patients with respect or even as if they matter....especially the pregnant ones. If not....quit!

I went to Dr. Harris with a long time issue. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful .I liked her style which is understanding and upfront..She was able to deal with my needs very well.

Doctor Harris is cold and uncomforting. I was sent to her by my normal OBGYN to help diagnose whatever I had (and still have) going in with me since she’s a vaginosis specialist. I left her office crying every time I saw her (5 times). She never explains, debriefs or digs deeper than necessary. She throws medication after medication at patients, and when I would bring up possible side effects, she brushed them aside. After taking a biopsy, she called me two weeks later to tell me she “wasn’t sure” and couldn’t even give me advice on what to do next. Doctor Harris makes me feel like I am the only person in the world with whatever I have.

Dr. Harris is a horrible doctor and so is her practice as a whole. Office manager shows as much sympathy as dr.harris which is a big 0. Dr. Harris is very rough and doesn't give you a warm welcome. I saw 2 other ppl in that office and they were the same. They just want to come in, get the job done and leave. My first visit there I left crying. I know it's not just me when I've read other reviews of women who had the same experience there. I definitely will not recommend anyone to the practice. Most definitely won't be returning!!!

I met Dr Harris in 2000 when I was pregnant with twins.my most memorable event was ,she would always look on the ultrasound monitor to see both heart beats ,while the other doctors didn't .I was impressed with her expertise ,she delivered my sons via csection.she is my obgyn. She encouraged me into weight loss,very concerned about my overall health . She is the best.
