She is very Deceiving! Go somewhere else please!

Last saw her 10 years ago! That epidural wore off about 6 months ago, so had one today. Can't wait to feel better -and she's still as pretty as ever!

Gaylyn Horne does not care about her patients pain at all or their quality of life, the ONLY thing she wants to do is give expensive spinal blocks that in my moms case NEVER improved her back pain, and would deny a prescription for pain meds if my 71yo mother did not consent to the blocks. The blocks caused more pain and never improved her pain at all. I really wonder if she knows how to administer spinal blocks, and if so why you would continue to do so knowing they weren’t helping. My mom had to change to palliative care to get her pain adequately controlled. No more charging our insurance for costly blocks that never helped and actually caused more pain thank goodness. She would actually greet my mother by “You have xxxx insurance don’t you”, not hello, how are you. It’s clear what’s going on here, I am a RN and I have never saw such in my many years of experience, she needs to be investigated.

I was looking for a good Doctor, I prayed and after looking for two months.....She seemed to be an answer to prayer. I would recommend her to everyone! Not only is she awesome but her staff was awesome too! They are to whole package! I live in Riverchase and I will not go anywhere else!

I started using Dr Horne when she worked at Oxford Surgery Center for cervical epidurals. I've had great results. I find her to be a super intelligent and caring person. Only reason for 4 stars is some of her front office staff needs to be a bit more pleasant. Some of them look at you like you're there to annoy them. Not all of us are a problem. Many if us are really nice people.

Dr. Ballard Has worked wonders with the pain in my body. I have Peripheral neuropathy ! Which is debilitating. She has been professional and kind to me! I’ll give her five stars because there’s not six! Thank you Doctor Ballard !!

I heard that National Doctors Day just passed. I can't thank Dr. Gaylyn Horne Ballard enough for listing to me and helping me treat my chronic illness. I would not be walking today if it weren't for her. I am treated wth kindness and respect upon every visit and I'm so thankful for this doctor and her entire staff. I don't know where I could be without them. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMPASSION!!!

I feel the physician's behavior was unprofessional, rude, even bizarre.

Doctor Horne- Ballard does not care about the welfare of her patients. She only wants to give injections to bill the maximum from Medicare. If they don't help she will get rid of you. Only about the money.
