Dr Oyinloye is the first doctor in my 35 years of mental health treatments to truly listen and address my concerns. I was devastated when he moved out of my community. He helped me immensely.

In 2018, I was misdiagnosed (by a different physician) and using inappropriate meds due to this. I was severely depressed and at risk for suicide attempts. That said, the medication Dr. Oyinloye prescribed wasn't working; he kept suggesting that I hadn't given enough time for the real effects of the medication to be known even after three months, so I just kept taking it. It also gave me severe nausea and I consistently had trouble eating for those months. I eventually took myself into an in-patient clinic so the medication could FINALLY be flushed from my body under supervision. After release, I had an after-effect of the drug land me in the ER. Dr. Oyinloye didn't take my concerns seriously despite knowing my background of depression and having been told it wasn't working repeatedly, but I trusted his expertise and "gave it time," giving my family and myself undue trauma. Do not trust him. It didn't seem like he was confused, he genuinely didn't care.
