Dr Gettha bhatt is a scam doctor she makes you take unnecessary test even though I have provided my physician test results. After I get my results online she never calls back. She never percribe any medications I hope they take her medical license away she doesnt deserve it

I spent four months trying to get an appointment as an existing patient only to get a run around and mis-scheduled several times in addition to getting one appointment cancelled on me. I’ve juggled days and shifts as an RN to try and get into here and finally get an appointment. I ask the woman on the phone if they’re still at the Cherry Hill location, to which see replies “yup same one.” So, I show up to the brace road location which evidently is the ‘old’ cherry hill location. Now I arrive 15 minutes late, five of which is spent in the lobby waiting for a temperature check behind two others and one who came on the wrong date so now I’m waiting to get to go upstairs. I try to check in, the receptionist goes on to check with Doctor Bhat to see if she’d still take me - nope. So now I spend an hour driving to and from a location I was told was opened; to their other location, to be turned away for being 10 minutes late to an appointment as an existing patient that’s healthcare is… contingent on this appointment. So now, another multiple months to get in, while endocrine levels are all over the place. I did the e-check in, updated insurance, and co-pay that all reduce the would-be office time anyway, yet the doctor still chooses to refuse seeing an established patient over a ten minute late arrival - a late arrival due solely to arriving at their closed office - which none of the texts or appointment messaging services makes you aware of or provides a current address. This isn’t how you treat an established patient dependent upon prescription and what’s the point of processing the e-check in to save office time? Maybe you guys should make your patients aware that your cherry hill location is a new location after you’ve spent years directing them to one facility.

She is so nice doctor, listens well to her patient and answer the my all questions .,so kind, gives me enough time for listening to my concerns.,understanding . I recommend her highly
