My wife had cataract surgery with her one year ago and almost lost the sight in that eye because of a botched surgery. She developed TASS (Toxic Anterior Segment Syndrome) from not sterile conditions according to the information her assistant gave us, and we were told there were more of her patients the same day who developed the very same thing. It has taken two other doctors and two more procedures to get my wife's eye stable, but she has worse sight in that eye now than before the surgery. My wife was not able to have her second eye surgery because of this for almost 7 months because of very high eye pressure that was not taken care of properly by Mason Eye Institute and we had to seek help elsewhere. Mason Eye Institute never reached out to my wife once they dismissed her. The lowest rating this will allow is one star, but it would be way lower if there were negative ratings.

We will never use her again for any reason. My wife had cataract surgery yesterday and something went wrong during the surgery and she can barely see now because of some kind of infection.
