Dr. Gena L Romanow, MD

Dr. Romanow listens. She carefully weighs all of the evidence before making a decision, follows up thoughtfully, and in all things was clearly attentive my needs. These qualities allowed us to successfully manage a longstanding, chronic migraine problem, reducing my serious headaches from 12-15 per month down to 2-3 over a couple of months. I, and my family, can't thank her enough.

I initially received no warm greeting from the receptionist and then the doctor. it took 2 months to get an appointment and then when the date came, the experience was less than desirable. Dr. Romanow introduced herself and didn't bother to welcome me to the office. She was not empathetic, warm, or caring. She was very direct and unfriendly. I feel that she was qualified, but her reception, and the way she spoke down to me was horrible! I have seen several reviews both good and bad. I don't know if she is more pleasant to a certain type of patient or what, but I will never recommend anyone to her. I've seen several doctors on a regular basis, but this was the worse experience that I have ever had!

Dr Romanow was very attentive and thorough and was right on the mark with all my issues and was very helpful. I would go to her again if my insurance USFHP was only accepted at her office.

Dr. Romanow is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. She spent ample time with me and was extremely thorough. She personally called me the day my MRI results came in and spent time on the phone explaining the results. She genuinely cares about her patients. I highly reccommend her.

My husband had been having nerological problems and we didn't know what was wrong until we saw Dr Romanow. She spent at least 45 minutes the first visit. Even called me later in the evening with a question. She had no problem sending us for a second opion. Said it was important to get imput from other doctors about his problem. She is never too busy to return a phone call within a few hours.
