Summary

I believe in shared decision making between the patient and the physician. It is my role to listen carefully and examine someone in order to help determine a diagnosis. This includes listening to the patient's ideas. Patients have commented to me that "no one has ever explained this to me," because I take time to be sure that patients understand the process affecting him or her. This is the beginning. We then must work together to be sure to come up with an appropriate treatment plan that does not treat a symptom or disease in isolation, but rather treats the whole person. We work together to follow it through, with medication when appropriate, looking at life style changes that can help, and ancillary medical services if helpful. I do remember my role as the physician. I am timely in communications, clear in my recommendations, and supportive in times of need.

Ensuring Data Transparency and Trust: A Guide to Vitals Doctor Listings and Reviews

Our provider data is gathered directly from physicians and publicly available databases. Providers who verify their profiles gain the ability to update information, offering additional details about their specialties, education, treated conditions, performed procedures, and accepted insurances.

Reviews on Vitals are submitted by users only. Recognizing the valuable insights these reviews offer into a doctor's reputation, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Importantly, providers cannot delete or alter reviews independently. Reviews can only be deleted or changed following an internal assessment by our customer service team.

Your feedback is highly valued and we encourage you to contact our support team should you encounter any issues.
