Giving one star due to the awful bedside manner she has. When being diagnosed with a tumor it’s scary but the side effects due to the tumor can be life altering. I knew my tumor was too small for removal. However, given the debilitating pain and much more I thought we could discuss how to get that all under control. With every mention I made of my neurological symptoms to daily depression, and pain it was met with this answer every time “ I’m not a neurologist I’m a brain surgeon!.” I waited months to see her, compiled a list of questions, brought loved ones who could explain in detail what was happening to me. Again, met with not only am I not going to answer your questions but I’m a brain surgeon!! If you’re dealing with anything causing you discomfort, exhaustion from being scared, or looking for a great doctor. Do yourself a huge favor and seek someone/ anyone else!! Rude, none empathetic , short responses, short explanations, and not a surgeon! She’s a NP! Seek someone who comes… highly recommended not her!
