If I could give her negative stars I would. She failed me and my family miserably. She does not care. I had something on my PET scan, she chose to ignore it, now I have very little time left. Run as fast as you can from this horrible person.

You're just another number, will be lied to, and given contradicting information. Unprofessional behaviors as well.

The most egotistical, know it all oncologist out there. She failed us miserably.

We left worse off than when we went in. Would not recommend at all.

Dr. Volas-Redd is an exceptional Dr. and person. She looks at your situation as a whole not just her part of your care. Her approach and concern about you is amazing.

My father passed away in 2003. Dr Redd would not listen to my father wishes to stop chemo. We had to do a family intervention to stop the treatments, we literally had to trap the dr in a room to listen to us. At no time did the dr share with me or my father thr grimm prognosis. Her disregard for my father wishes can only lead me to believe she did not care for him or his suffering.

She was my doctor thru a very trying time with breast cancer. Along with chemo, radiation, I received another medication - kindness. Thanks to her she helped my friend who came to her too late, have a peaceful transition.

The day I met her I saw the most friendly caring Dr. I have ever met in my life. I was in a bad situation when 1st meeting her and she knew I needed to get treatment ASAP. Within the 1st 15 minutes she picked up the phone and made phone calls and had me in front of another DR that needed to see within an hour or so. The other Dr's appointment was so quick I hardly had time to drive to her office to be timely for my appointment. Throughout my treatments she was the most positive supporting person you could ever hope to meet. The second time I had cancer she did the same thing. She, not her staff, picked up the phone and had me set-up with a surgeon in no time at all. The third time I had cancer I thought she was going to cry for me. She had me set up for more treatments and was always a positive person but never failed to give me the truth about things when I asked. I have had good scan for three years. During those three years she has closely followed my wellbeing… and offered advice and medication for those issues that needed to be addressed. I love this lady.

She's the best. I have been cancer free for six years, still see her and am always treated as her only patient. She is very, very competent in her field, always caring.

One of the things I liked about this Doctor, was her positive, upbeat attitude even during difficult times. EVERY day was precious, and even though I could "see through the illness", I appreciated her thoughtfulness, caring, and diagnostician abilities throughout my mother-in-laws illness. The cheerleader attitude gave her hope when nothing else could!
