Dr. Genaro J Romo Jr

We have been taking our son's here for years, for the most part the service is good. Dr. Romo himself is very patient with his patients. There have been some of the technicians that could use better customer service training. I don't know if they were ever told, that they are dealing with people and with sensitivity and pain. This last time that my son began his treatment with braces, the first visit even though it was painful, he told me the one technician was patient and nice. And this week, he had his second appointment, and a different technician, Loser, who he told me was in a mood like she didn't want to do her job distracted with the television. She had to redo her work twice, and in the process was rude. Again, this treatment is not cheap and so far the treatment from this office was fine, but if you are dealing with people on this personal level and with sensitivity and pain that they have to deal with after they leave the office, you would. Expect the technicians… treating you to be professional and the patients and willingness to do their job.
