Dr. Gene O Bigham, MD

My husband and myself have been very happy with Doctor Bigham.

I have never went to a Dr. That sits me in a chair to examine me. He listens to my heart, blood pressure and temp. I have issues with Ashma the caughing is getting worse, in the two years I have gone to him he has yet find a resolution to help me. His nurse Ali is not professional at all! She has hung up on me, she has hollered at me. Left bruises on my arms when she drew blood. I would not recommend this office at all.

Dr Bigham was supposed to see me yesterday at 11 oclock and he changed it to Wednesday. Now I understand he is not coming at all.

Best I have ever been to.

Dr Bigham is my mothers primary care doctor. She is 76 years old and has a number of health issues. She is always treated with great care and expertise by Dr Bigham and his staff. I often have to call with a question about aftercare or a refill medication. They always call me back with an answer. Great doctor and nurses at his facility.

I like because he listens and seem to care about what you are saying.

Dr. Gene Bigham is very thorough. His manner is respectful. Dr. Bigham is a smart physician with a warm bedside manner. His staff is pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Bigham.

I would not give his staff even 1 star if that was an option. You can leave repeated messages and never receive a call back. If I did my job the way they do, I would be fired. Love Dr. Bigham though so I continue go to him even with these frustrations. He needs to put a tighter reins on his staff and know how frustrating this is to his patients. I see that others feel the same way.

Always get a recording when trying to make an appointment or ask a question of his assistant. Never returns messages.

I have gone to Dr. Biggam several years and I think he is just wonderful
