He's a terrible surgeon, and a worse person.

I had my nasolabial folds injected with fillers. I look exactly the same on the right side of my mouth and worse on the left side. I wasted $880 and my face was bruised and painful for over a week. The doctor did not warn me it might not work. He just ran roughshod over my nervous objections. A very expensive lesson, indeed.

Dr Ireland is one of those practitioners that give Plastic Surgeons a bad name. His focus is on himself, with little to no ability to connect with prospective patients. I was paraded around his office to show some of his partners how I looked after a treatment, as though I was some lab specimen oddity. He sees himself as a very busy man with no time to spend with patients. There are too many great surgeons out there with a caring demeanor to ever waste your time with this ego maniac.

Dr. Ireland did NOTHING to correct what he did to me. He made me try to take the blame for his faults and mistakes.

I had skin cancer on my upper lip and at the same time I had a lower eye job. Both turned out excellently after care super. I am having a small skin cancer removed from my nose and having upper eye surgery which can now be done in the office under local anesthesia. Dr. Ireland is a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone having cosmetic surgery

He did such a butcher shop on my nose I look like a prize fighter , I ask him if this is all I can expect to look like and he said yes. I saw the group advertizing on televison and I am afraid for anyone that goes to him,. On the rating site he is listed as poor, I hope people are looking there before calling him for an appointment
