At two months old my daughter went to dr humphreys for her first round of vaccines she gave me the option of receiving the rotavirus vaccine which I kindly denied, to be clear I said I did not want the vaccine for my daughter so it was not given to her on this day, the shot is not mandatory and it will not effect or education in any way. At her four month check up she received her four month vaccines given by dr lee this time. He proceeded to give her the rotavirus vaccine which I had denied previously. I was incredibly upset by this. When I got home I called the office and he gave no apologies despite admitting he made a mistake. He blamed me for this incident and for the most part took away my right as a parent and instead did what he thought was best. He proceeded to tell me I needed to find a new pediatrician! I am now in the process of looking for a lawyer. He is an incredibly rude man and his practice is simply inhumane.
