Dr. Gene Lin, MD

I used to see Gene a while back, suddenly he lost his license. I come to find out why and was skeptical at first. Long story short, I see Gene a few years back at Vagabond hotel with a woman who isn’t his wife (I’ve seen Gene out with his family and kids). I thought it’s very unprofessional to put himself out like that aside from that he was an Ok psychiatrist.

MY HUSBAND HAD BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR OVER 6 MONTHS HE NEVER ONCE DID A SKIN BIOPSY OR BLOOD WORK ON HIM , HE JUST KEPT GIVING HIM DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS ..NOTHING HELPED I FOUND ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST TO GET A SECOND OPINION AT HIS FIRST VISIT THEY DID THE BIOPSY AND NOW SADLY BAD NEWS !! IF HE WOULD HAVE DONE THE RIGHT TEST FROM THE BEGINNING INSTEAD OF GUESSING MAYBE WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THEN!!

My husband & I and several friends have been going to Dr. Lin many, many years. One friend drives in from the desert to see him. We have nothing but that highest praise for him and his office staff. His expertise is top notch and he goes above and beyond to help.

Doctor took the insurance, paid copay. Insurance had some issues with plan. Dr asked for full billed amount or threatened collection. After I paid the full billed amount, insurance resolved the issue and paid the Dr. But Dr would only pay back what insurance paid him which was less than half of the full billed amount.

Terrible doctor and terrible service. Regret.

Condescending attitude. Needs to work on his bedside manners.
