Dr. Gene J Pawlowski, MD

My lastest visit with Dr. Gene Pawlowski would of been in the year of 2021. I could have possibly visit Dr. Pawlowski at the Northridge Dignity Hospital with my trauma physician Dr. Stephen E. Jones. They were both helpful and was ready to do the male anatomy transplanting surgery in the height of 6 feet 9 inches. I was not prepared at that moment and would be ready to have that surgery I need my penis lengthening to both knee caps. I hope to have a lean but bulky muscular physique and receiving a patient room for recovery. I would like to have lip pigment liquidation to change the color of my lips from black to pink. And maybe a dentist appointment after having surgery. I would still have metal remains from my past trauma procedure Dr. Stephen would be the only trauma physician that would be aware of my past trauma procedure besides Dr.Pawlowski & Dr. Troutman. After telling both physician that I was not ready. I had the chance to talk about the surgery to Dr. Stephen I also… have his contact and told that I would contact when I would be ready. I am currently visiting Dignity Health Medical Group my PCP provider would be Dr.Cairo. I recently had an appointment with Dr.Chen and Dr. Gerard De Guia. They are both aware that I would hope to the male anatomy transplanting surgery in the height of 6 feet 9 inches. Dr. Chen and Dr. De Guia both inform me that I would to pay and my health plan would not cover for this surgery. I had also tooken blood samples for STDs and diseases. I have aware both doctors including the nurse practitioners of my past trauma procedure, the metal remains from procedure, and having the opportunity to have the male anatomy transplanting. Would it possible to Dr. Pawlowski and Dr. Stephen to meet with me again? My next appointment would Feburary 28, 2023 at 2:25p.m I might be visiting Dr. Silverware or Dr.Chen. I am currently 5ft 9in and weighing 245lbs. The diagnosis would read XR knee XR Lumbar spine. I have not had the chance to take the Fluoroscopy xray I believe this x-ray would metal in the internal anatomy. I have two limb lengthening leg rhoades, screws, wiring, and possibly wiring aligning with in my penis. Their irrational when I rub my eye for comfort their are also screws little bolts in orbits intersecting both sides of the nostril. I have had trauma visit with Dr. Campion he is aware the I would like the male anatomy transplanting surgery. I believe this would be Dr. Pawlowski the doctor I have meet with my trauma physician. Would you help please?
