In addition to Dr Grana's extensive experience, she is also a cancer survivor. So when I was a wreck and scared, she used words I could understand. She didn't tell me of her cancer experience, a colleague did. I've met many of her patients who all good her in the highest regard. She gave me hope and her staff demonstrated the same traits.
